The idea that Healthcare and other historically paper invoice based industries can drastically improve accounts payable metrics in parallel with improving customer engagement/experience follows many of the innovations of successful online retailers. I work for Amazon and much of our success is due to the same omni-channel engagement with customers and a culture of innovation that focuses on being the most customer centric company on Earth.
